2. Accepting the conditions
When the customer places an order he confirms that he accepts the general conditions of sale. By placing an order he agrees to accept them without reservation

Mylogofree undertakes to provide a patent-free logo to its customers
4. Tariffs
4.1
Prices are given in Euros, including VAT of 21%
4.2
The service charges are those which were valid at the time the order was placed online.
5. Payment
Mylogofree does not retain any payment data on the site.
6. Confirmation, delivery of the material and the end of the project.
After having selected the logo and making the required modifications, the customer indicates online his agreement with the logo of his choice. Mylogofree undertakes to provide the final logo in high resolution and vector format with all usage rights for paid orders. The assignment ends automatically once the logos have been downloaded and the customer can no longer request modifications.
7. Cancelling an order or complaining
7.1
All order cancellations must be sent by recorded delivery letter and are subject to acceptance by Mylogofree
7.2
If the customer is not happy with his order, he should let Mylogofree know. Valid complaints must be sent by recorded delivery within seven days of the date that the order was placed online, as evidenced by the date as postmarked. If a refund is to be issued, Mylogofree undertakes to reimburse the customer within thirty days. The administration cost of the refund will be charged in full to the customer. The value of these costs is 30 € without tax. If a refund is issued, the intellectual rights to the logo remain the full property of Mylogofree and the customer has no rights to using it without legal action being taken.
7.3
In the event of a dispute the commercial court in Liege has sole jurisdiction.
8. Rights and intellectual property
Mylogofree agrees to transfer the intellectual rights of the selected and paid logo to the customer. Not selected and not paid logo remain the property of Mylogofree.
Mylogofree implements copyright free logos once paid. as against Mylogofree will not be responsible for any claims by third parties for plagiarism of protected logo. Myfreelogo allows you to customize your logo, so that the responsibility of the customer are engaged in case of claim. the customer agrees to not do copy of existing logo.
The logo icons offered on the website, remains the property of Mylogofree. We conserve the right to use and propose those icons on the website.
9. Privacy protection
All personal information transmitted by the customer to the site (customer name, email address, postal address) will only be used by Mylogofree for the purpose for which the information was transmitted.
10. Changes to the general conditions of sale
Mylogofree reserves the right to change or update these conditions of sale on the site at any time without warning.
